pretty common sense stuff that apparently we all need to be reminded of but some good choices for recipes too :)

There was nothing in the this book that I didn't already know, having been low carb for almost 2 years. It is more about diabetes prevention. You can google low/no sugar recipes and get the same results as getting this book. B If you are keto or low carb, majority of the things in here are things that are way higher than the amount of carbs you would take in for 1 day. I was disappointed that I bought it and didn't learn anything new or helpful.

Good Book with useful information about sugar in the diet.

WOW! This is the first diabetic food book that just comes right out and says DON"T EAT this or here, restaurants, by name. Great list of what to eat and WHY, Who Knew. I didn't hit the 1 lb a day loss but I'll take what I can where I can. Don't plan on going back to my poor unknown habits, so continuing with the suggested foods should continue to drop pounds and more importantly increase energy levels and drop my A1C!

This book is full of advice that is easy to understand and achievable. Easy to read and nothing crazy to buy or exercise that is crazy. Sections on what to eat and why they are a good choice for better health.

Was a gift. Someone wanted it and said they love it.. very informative

I just expected more info for the money. Good recipes though! Also good, simple workout suggestions. Weight loss isn’t rocket science.
